1. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the delivery, ordering, pricing, and performance conditions of the products or services ordered electronically by the consumer via medicalabs.shop.

2. Order Process

  • The customer may review products on the Site, add desired items to the cart, and proceed to the payment page
  • After order confirmation, an automatic order confirmation e-mail will be sent
  • The order will be processed after payment verification

3. Product Availability

  • Product stock status is updated instantly on the Site
  • If a product is out of stock, the order may be canceled or redirected to an alternative product/refund upon the customer’s request

4. Delivery Time and Method

  • Orders are shipped within an average of 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • This period may be extended during campaigns or public holidays
  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during the order
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and included in the total payment
  • “Free Shipping” may be offered during certain promotions

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • The customer is responsible for checking the package upon delivery
  • In case of damage, missing items, or defects, a report must be issued with the courier
  • The Company is not responsible for claims without an official report

7. Defective or Missing Products

  • If the product is defective or incomplete, the customer must notify the Company within a maximum of 3 business days after delivery
  • The Company is responsible for replacement, repair, or refund

8. Undeliverable Orders

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer absence, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Returned shipments will be rescheduled after contacting the customer

9. Order Cancellation

  • The customer may request cancellation for orders that have not yet been shipped
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled; however, the return procedure may apply

10. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT
  • The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods on the Site

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, fire, pandemics, or decisions of public authorities.

12. Jurisdiction

In disputes arising between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
