This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the BUYER regarding the products or services ordered through the SELLER’s website.
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER. Under normal conditions, the shipment will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Payment shall be made by the BUYER using the method selected during the order process.
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason.
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 10 days. The product must be unused.
In case of damage during delivery, a report must be issued at the time of receipt.
The BUYER’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws during the order process.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction in disputes.
By confirming this Agreement, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.
