CANCELLATION, RETURN & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

This Cancellation, Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the seller within this period in writing or via a permanent data storage method (such as e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).

2. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

In accordance with the regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:

Products prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or clearly personalized needs
Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery
Perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date
Unsealed books, digital content, game codes, software, etc.
Digital content delivered instantly in electronic form
Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines provided under a subscription
Services that have started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires

3. Return Process and Conditions

The consumer must send the product back to the seller within 10 days following the withdrawal notification
The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and preferably in its original packaging
After the product reaches the seller, it will be inspected within 2–5 business days and, if approved, the refund process will be initiated

4. Shipping Costs

For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost shall be covered by the seller
In cases of defective, incorrect, or damaged products, all costs are borne by the seller

5. Refund

After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–14 days depending on the payment method
